Returns & Damaged Items Policy
Each Gaveyart product is carefully printed, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Because artworks, prints, and greetings cards are produced specifically for each order, returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please email clear photos showing the damage to:

Please include:
- Your order number (if available)
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging if possible
Replacement Process
Once the damage has been confirmed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
After the damaged item has been received, a replacement of the same item will be arranged and sent to you.
Additional Information
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the condition received.
- Replacements are provided for damaged items only.
- For hygiene reasons, opened greetings card packs cannot be returned.
